Job Coaches of Kentucky is currently seeking self-motivated and dedicated professionals to join

SUCCESSFUL candidates must:

  • Recognize that your success is dictated by each client’s success.
  • Demonstrate proficient and engaging oral and written communications, good listening skills, and attention to detail in working with the unique circumstances of each client.
  • Provide guidance while keeping ownership of the employment process with each client consistent to their level of capability.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and innovative approaches to varying client needs based on differences in work experience, skills & abilities, access to transportation, and personal preferences for work environments, schedules, culture, location, etc.
  • Be well-organized and have the ability to utilize technology to efficiently manage confidential client files, required reporting, and research needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, personal support networks, and employers to achieve common goals.
  • Positively accept each client referral regardless of the level of difficulty.

Experience

Proven experience in employee supervision/management (any industry), human resources, human services, and other client and/or customer-centered workplaces or similar environments desired.

Training

Professionalism, high character, and integrity are essential at Job Coaches of Kentucky. So, onboarding sessions, exposure to best practices, and annual training are all required to ensure clear expectations and promote great client experiences.

Qualifications

College education preferred. Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and good driving history required for in-person client meetings. Must have internet and private workspace suitable for remote meetings and confidentiality.
